SA: Rann to seek legal advice over fake documents controversy

South Australian Premier MIKE RANN will seek legal advice over the Liberal Party's
use of fake documents in a botched attempt to smear him.

SA Liberal leader MARTIN HAMILTON-SMITH has apologised for using the documents .. purporting
to be invoices for donations to the Labor Party.

Mr HAMILTON-SMITH told parliament on Tuesday the documents linked Mr RANN to an illegal
20 thousand dollar donation from a group with ties to the Church of Scientology.

But it's now been proved the documents are forged.

Mr RANN has today posted on his twitter website that he'll be talking to his lawyers tomorrow.
